Teaching Assistant Role

Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in schools across the Bradley Stoke area.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a commitment to providing high-quality support to ensure students achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students with SEND in a classroom setting
  • Assist teachers with lesson planning and delivery
  • Provide individualized support to students with specific needs
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with children with SEND
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
