Sales Assistant/Driver

This part-time role is a key part of our store's success. You'll work closely with in-store colleagues and our UK Sales Team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Your people skills will help maximize sales and market share of AkzoNobel products and accessories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to provide a warm welcome, informed conversation, and personalized proposal.
  • Use our client service tools to ensure a consistent customer experience.
  • Support the store's monthly customer contact plan.
  • Follow the merchandising plan to restock the shop floor.
  • Load the van and plan delivery routes.
  • Develop your skills and encourage colleagues to do so using our training tools.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service or retail role.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Calm under pressure.
