Maintenance Operations Manager

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in the Construction Industry, particularly in Social Housing Maintenance, to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our company.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, with previous experience in a leadership role, excellent written and verbal communication skills, a valid UK Driver's License, CSR Card, and good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
As a Contracts Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage and coordinate the delivery of contract works, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, to specification, and within cost. This will involve close collaboration with our Depot Planning Teams, supply chain partners, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects.
You will also be responsible for managing relationships with clients, ensuring transparency and good channels of communication exist and are maintained. Additionally, you will support the Head of Operations in managing all resources and facilities related to the Depot, including the organization and monitoring of work streams.
Key Responsibilities:

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
