Breakfast Team Role Overview

This Demi Chef de Partie role is perfect for someone who loves the buzz of a busy morning service, works well under pressure, has great food presentation, and loves producing a satisfying breakfast for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be expected to have basic cookery skills with either proven experience or a Professional Cookery Level 2 / Commis Chef Apprenticeship Standard qualification.
  • A passion for food and produce, with a pride in its delivery to the plate, is essential.
  • You will need to be an excellent team player, able to work under pressure, and have a commitment to delivering high-quality breakfast services.
