About the Role

GSL Education is seeking a highly skilled Early Years Curriculum Developer to lead the design and implementation of engaging lessons for our young learners in east London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create interactive and effective lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Maintain a well-structured and organized learning environment that promotes academic success and student well-being.
  • Evaluate student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies for optimal results.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and students to support student achievement and growth.
  • Keep accurate records of student performance and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent in Early Years Education.
  • Demonstrate experience working with early years students, preferably within a school setting.
  • Possess a solid understanding of early childhood development principles and effective teaching methods.
  • Develop strong communication skills and build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and families.
  • Show a collaborative approach to teaching and learning as a valued member of our team.
