Early Years Team Lead - A Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Early Years educator to lead our team of dedicated professionals in Camden, North West London.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Early Years education, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for inspiring young learners. As an integral part of our school community, you will be responsible for guiding high standards of teaching and care, planning and implementing a dynamic Early Years curriculum, and building positive relationships with pupils, parents, and the school community.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Curriculum Development: Design and implement a comprehensive Early Years curriculum that meets the needs of all students.
  2. Team Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and coaching to Early Years educators to ensure high-quality teaching and care.
  3. Pupil Progress: Monitor and track pupil progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness to inform instructional decisions.
  4. School Community: Build and maintain positive relationships with pupils, parents, and the school community through effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Early Years teacher
  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is highly desirable
  • An Oxbridge degree or degree from a top 20 UK university is highly desirable, though not essential
