Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support our dynamic and busy Art Gallery Sales Director. As the first point of contact for the Director, you will be responsible for managing their schedule, coordinating travel arrangements, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the Sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Director's diary and schedule, ensuring timely and efficient coordination of meetings and appointments
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation
  • Provide administrative support, including preparing reports, presentations, and other materials
  • Act as a gatekeeper, screening calls and emails, and handling correspondence on behalf of the Director
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including artists, collectors, and other industry professionals

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
