Childcare Professional Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Childcare Professional to join our esteemed nursery in Wakefield.

This is an exciting chance to start in January 2025, initially on a supply basis, with the possibility of securing a permanent position later.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, working between 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, with competitive daily pay rates of £84-£95, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:
  • Offer top-notch care and education to children aged 3-5.
  • Develop and deliver engaging activities that align with the EYFS curriculum.
  • Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Assess and monitor children's development, ensuring individual needs are met.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve the nursery's goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Level 3 Childcare Qualification is required.
  • Prior experience working in an early years setting is highly beneficial.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for early childhood education and its impact on children's lives.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional growth and development.
