What You'll Do

At Alina Homecare, our Care Assistant roles in Colchester offer a unique and rewarding experience. Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks that promote independence, dignity, and well-being for our clients.

  • Companionship - providing emotional support and friendship
  • Personal Care - assisting with daily living activities such as washing, dressing, and toileting
  • Medication - reminding clients to take their medication and collecting prescriptions
  • Mealtimes - preparing healthy meals and snacks
  • Housework - assisting with laundry, cleaning, and tidying
  • Errands - accompanying clients on shopping trips and running errands
  • Mobility - assisting clients with mobility issues

What You'll Need

We don't require previous experience or qualifications. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role. All we ask for is:

  • A caring and reliable attitude
  • A driving license
  • Access to a vehicle
  • The right to work in the UK
