We are recruiting for an Educational Therapist Position at Shire Healthcare, where you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and young people with special educational needs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing assessment and intervention services to help these individuals reach their full potential.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in educational psychology, including experience working with children and young people who have specialist needs. A good understanding of child development and learning theories is also essential for this role.

This is a full-time position with a salary of up to £62,000 depending on experience. Travel expenses will be covered, and one day of home working per week will be available for report writing.

Role Requirements

The successful candidate will need to have a minimum of 2 years' post-qualifying experience working with children and young people who have specialist needs. They must also be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as an Educational Psychologist.
