Personal Care Specialist

At Home Instead, we're looking for dedicated individuals to provide high-quality care and companionship services. As a Personal Care Specialist, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our clients.
About the Role:
We offer a competitive salary of £11.75 - £12.25 per hour, plus benefits such as career development opportunities, paid mileage, and a company pension scheme.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care services, including assistance with daily living activities.
- Offer companionship and social interaction to help prevent loneliness and isolation.
- Assist with home help tasks, such as light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Support clients with medication management and mobility assistance.
Requirements:
- A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
- The right to work in the UK.
- No previous experience necessary, as full training will be provided.
