The Project Manager is responsible for delivering security projects, services, and maintenance through the Senior Engineers and Regional Engineering Teams. This involves access control, door entry, CCTV, warden control systems, and fire alarms. The Project Manager will be accountable for delivering projects, services, and maintenance per client expectations and SLAs.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage escalated customer complaints quickly and to a satisfactory outcome for both parties.
- Collaborate with the Administrator and Operations Management Team to grow the service and small works contracts within your region.
- Carry out site surveys for projects, services, and small works and provide quotations in line with business requirements.
Proactively manage the team to ensure high levels of performance and attendance, and support the team of engineers. Monitor service delivery levels, and influence, direct, and work with the Service Engineer(s) to ensure the required standards of service are achieved.
Experience in Project Management across the security industry is essential. Knowledge of Access Control, Door Entry, and CCTV is a must. Experience in Local Authority/Social housing is also required. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities and deadlines are essential. Excellent relationship management, motivating, and people skills are necessary for success in this role.
