Join Our Team as a Home Care Assistant

We are seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our team as Home Care Assistants. As a Home Care Assistant with Home Instead, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, providing them with the support and companionship they need to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with daily routines and activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Offer companionship and social interaction to clients, helping to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation
  • Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and our office team to ensure seamless care delivery

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £13 per hour, with the option to earn £14.80 per hour for evening and weekend shifts
  • Double pay on Bank Holidays
  • Paid travel time and mileage
  • A range of guaranteed hours contracts available, including 12, 16, and 30 hours per week

  • A supportive and friendly office team

Requirements:

  • Excellent timekeeping and organizational skills
