About the Job:

  • We are seeking a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our team as a Junior Estimator and receive full specialist training to become a fully qualified Quantity Surveyor.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects including pricing labour, materials, and equipment costs.
  • Manage the tendering process including preparing bids and presenting estimates to the director.
  • Liaise with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate pricing and timely delivery.

Requirements:

  • Graduate Quantity Surveyor or similar with strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
