Job Title: Flexible Porter

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Flexible Porter to join our vibrant Front of House team at Seaham Hall, a 5-star resort in County Durham. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality customer service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with the smooth operation of the Front of House, including checking in and out guests, handling room keys, and responding to guest queries.
  • Work collaboratively with the Front of House team to ensure seamless service delivery, including during peak periods and special events.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you are up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Previous hospitality experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, as required.
  • Full driving license, due to the location of the resort.
  • Fluent and clear spoken English, with good written English and an excellent telephone manner.
