Salary: Up to £11.50 per hour

We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen team in providing a clean and safe working environment to agreed standards within The Ozone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a clean and safe working environment to agreed standards within The Ozone.
- Control stock of all cleaning equipment and chemical products using a systematic approach.
- Control stock movement and ensure stock security.
- Actively promote correct usage of chemicals.
- Attend and contribute to team meetings.
- Actively promote an attitude of hygiene and methodical cleaning amongst all team members.
- Avoid chemical and water wastage by following manufacturers' guidelines and training.
- Keep kitchens in a clean and presentable manner at all times.
- Report any maintenance issues to the head chef immediately.
- Follow all cleaning schedules and routines.
- Use all machinery as instructed by manufacturers' guidelines.
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience is desired.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Attention to detail to ensure the 5-star standard of service is delivered.
- Ability to effectively interact with management and team members in a professional manner.
- Be a team player as well as an individual worker.
- Be well-presented and represent a high standard of competence at all times.
- Must have transport.
