We are seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee the external refurbishment of a leading high street bank, including roofing works. As part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the project.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all site activities and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
- Inspect the quality of work to ensure high standards of work and HSQE are achieved.
- Identify potential issues that may affect project delivery and take necessary action.
- Manage the performance of direct reports and sub-contract labour, ensuring they are working safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate the activities of different sub-contractors to ensure work is carried out efficiently and oversee performance to ensure work is completed on schedule and to the right standard.

This is a 12-week scheme with potential for further projects to follow. You will be working with one of the largest main contractors in the UK, known for their reputation for delivering projects and maintaining a positive team environment.
