As a Wellbeing Support Worker at St Lukes in Leeds, you will play a vital role in enhancing the wellbeing and quality of life for our residents.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and deliver engaging activities that promote social, emotional, and physical wellbeing

- Support residents to maintain strong connections with family and friends

- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality care and support is provided

- Assist with daily living tasks and provide emotional support as needed

**Requirements:**

- 1+ years of experience in care or a related field

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Passion for delivering exceptional care and support
