About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Elysium Healthcare, a leading provider of specialist mental health and learning disability services. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality psychological interventions and assessments to individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
  • Deliver individual and group interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and other evidence-based approaches.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and support.
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance their knowledge and skills in working with individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
  • Contribute to the development of service policies and procedures to ensure best practice.
Requirements
  • Chartered Psychologist status with the British Psychological Society (BPS).
  • UK HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist.
  • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based psychological interventions and assessment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
