About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) to join our team at Sanctuary Personnel in Burgess Hill. As an RNLD, you will play a vital role in contributing to the development and transformation of our services, making a tangible impact on patients' lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans for individuals with learning disabilities
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Promote independence and empowerment among service users

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Location: Burgess Hill

Requirements
  • Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration as a Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse
  • Experience working with adults with learning disabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
