Job Title: Field Sales Manager - South West England

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the South West England region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including hospitality, healthcare, and restaurant industry professionals
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop sales plans
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the hospitality, healthcare, or restaurant industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Valid UK driver's license
