We seek a driven Area Business Growth Specialist to join our Aggregates division, covering Somerset, Gloucestershire, and Bridgwater. This role is about attitude and potential, focusing on identifying and seizing business opportunities for our Aggregates division. You will demonstrate your passion for growth and innovation, ensuring our customers receive exceptional care and aligning our solutions to meet their needs effectively.

You'll be responsible for generating high-value sales to new customers, making the most of every opportunity to enhance our market presence. Regularly assessing sales performance, you will adjust strategies as needed to ensure continued growth and success.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:
