Austin Fraser's Field Operations Lead will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency. This position will be responsible for leading a team of field engineers and developing strategies to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of field engineers to deliver high-quality services to clients.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and develop plans to address these issues.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, engineer performance, and service delivery metrics.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent leadership skills, and a strong ability to work collaboratively with customers and internal stakeholders. A full UK driving license is essential for this position.

The salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. A company car, laptop, and phone are also provided.
