Job Title: Senior Accountant
Location: Flexible, with the option to work from home up to 40% of the time
Salary: Competitive, with top rates for ACCA, ICAEW, and CTA qualified members

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee client portfolios, ensuring accurate and compliant financial records
- Prepare financial statements, tax returns, and other reports, adhering to regulations
- Provide financial assessments, tax planning, and strategic advice
- Stay updated on UK tax laws and regulations to ensure client compliance
- Assist with accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies; charity and trust accounting knowledge is a plus
- Enhance accounting processes and systems for efficiency and accuracy
- Prepare capital gains tax reports, inheritance tax planning, and support business sales
- Represent the firm at networking events
- Adhere to ethical standards and anti-money laundering laws
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accountancy practice
- AAT or ATT qualified with current membership
- Strong knowledge of UK tax regulations
- Proficiency in tax preparation software
- Practice accounting experience preferred
