Gilbert Meher is a renowned provider of high-quality care services, with over 30 years of experience in delivering exceptional care and maintaining excellent living and working environments. The company specializes in supporting elderly residents and individuals with dementia, offering exceptional facilities to ensure a comfortable and homely experience. Additionally, they operate mental health services for those under 65 with enduring needs, focusing on recovery and promoting independence.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Care Home Manager role, ideally with 3+ years of experience.
- NMC Registered Nurse.
- SVQ 4 Leadership and Management in Care Award or willingness to work towards it.
- Extensive experience in the care industry, particularly with elderly and dementia residents, and a proven track record of delivering quality standards.
- Ability to implement and sustain management standards, including covering for Home Managers on leave and supporting homes without a substantive Home Manager.
- Strong motivation to engage and empower staff to achieve high performance reflecting Care Inspectorate Grades.
- Leadership and initiative to drive continuous improvement.
- Adaptability to thrive in a busy and changing environment.
