Topdeck Travel is a leading travel company specializing in group tours and inspiring people through life-changing experiences. We're looking for an experienced Studio Manager to lead our in-house Creative Team, overseeing campaigns, promotions, and marketing communications targeting both trade agents and direct customers.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our ideal candidate will have 3+ years of studio or project management experience, preferably working with marketing, digital, and creative teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and communicating the timing schedule of multiple projects and tasks, ensuring work is clearly prioritized and completed on time. Key responsibilities include leading kick-off meetings, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives; chairing project meetings and ensuring all actions are recorded; and managing the Creative Team resource planner and backlog. The Studio Manager will also identify and communicate risks throughout projects, escalating issues as required to maintain project timelines and quality.

We're seeking someone who can adapt communication styles based on the situation and people involved, with high emotional intelligence and the ability to work on multiple projects while remaining calm under pressure. Experience leading and motivating a team to successful delivery of tasks and projects is essential, as well as experience in risk identification and resolving issues. An understanding of web systems and processes is preferable.
