Assembly Technician

Gi Group is seeking a skilled Assembly Operative to join our client's team in a production environment. As an Assembly Operative, you will play a crucial role in the assembly of products, working closely with Senior Operatives to meet production targets.
Main Responsibilities:- Receive and follow working instructions from Senior Operatives to assemble products to standard.
- Operate a range of tools, including electric tools and drills, to assemble parts.
- Manually assemble a variety of parts to meet production targets.
- Maintain product quality by detecting any deterioration in finish or appearance.
- Ability to handle assembly parts in a range of sizes.
- Basic literacy to read and understand technical instructions, drawings, Health and Safety information, and workplace practices.
- Temp to perm opportunity.
- Long-term work.
- Excellent working conditions.

- Competitive salary of £11.44, with a production bonus paid once permanent.
- 31 days of holiday entitlement.
- Flexible working hours, including 08:30 - 17:30 Monday to Thursday and 17:00 finish on Friday.
