Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble electronic components and sub-assemblies using surface mount technology (SMT) and other manufacturing processes.
  • Operate and maintain SMT equipment, including placement machines and inspection systems.
  • Inspect and test assembled products to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve manufacturing processes.
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher in electronics or a related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in electronics assembly or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of SMT processes and equipment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
