Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of actuaries and data scientists to identify and create cutting-edge data assets and predictive models for home insurance pricing
  • Developing and maintaining analytical tools to support the management of our home risk portfolio
  • Creating and deploying predictive rating algorithms to optimize pricing and improve customer value
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate predictive analytics into our underwriting and pricing processes

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Background in pricing or commercially focussed analytical roles
  • Strong numeric and problem-solving skills, with experience in Python or other programming languages
  • Drive and motivation for emerging machine learning techniques and their application in underwriting and pricing
