This pivotal role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our multi-product vision and underwriting footprint. You will develop and implement a comprehensive pricing structure, identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities to enhance our risk pricing capabilities across profitable segments.
As a seasoned leader, you will build, motivate, and guide a high-performing Risk Pricing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a multi-pricing structure, aligning with our multi-product growth strategy
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new opportunities for risk pricing improvement
- Drive business outcomes through data-driven decision-making and strategic planning
- Motivate and guide a high-performing Risk Pricing team, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation
Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in general insurance pricing
- Exceptional numeric skills and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills
- Relentless curiosity, creative thinking, enthusiasm, drive, and adaptability
Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary, £5k car allowance, annual 4Cs performance bonus, private medical insurance, life assurance cover, income protection, pension contribution match up to 10%, discounts at everyday retailers, fee-free independent mortgage advice, and financial wellbeing support.
Salary Range: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
