Customer Service Operator - Arc Room

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Operator to join our team at Arc Room in Belfast. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that clients' requirements are met efficiently and effectively.

Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be required to operate in a rapid-response fashion to resolve customer queries and issues. You will work closely with our team to provide solutions and ensure that customers receive the best possible service.

We offer a comprehensive training program, which includes classroom-based training and on-the-job coaching. You will also have access to a modern building with free car parking and a kitchen for employees to use.

This is a full-time, permanent position with an average of 42 hours per week. The shifts are 12 hours long, with a mix of day and night shifts. You will be paid a salary of £25,662 per annum.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. Key Responsibilities:
