About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master and Business Analyst to join our team at Ztek Consulting Inc. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic company that leverages a unique blend of human talent, machine learning algorithms, and artificial intelligence to provide customized talent management solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Play a dual role as Scrum Master and Business Analyst to support software development and business requirements.
  • Help Project Manager with duties such as sprint planning, daily stands, sprint reviews, and retrospective.
  • Support the development team with Scrum ceremonies and remove impediments.
  • Analyze business domain initiatives to identify epics and features requirements.
  • Help Product Owner develop and manage product strategy.
  • Stock and groom the product catalog.
  • Help break user stories into Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
  • Convert business requirements into business process flows and functional requirements.
  • Serve as Proxy Product Owner as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills to work with stakeholders and development teams.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a cross-functional and self-organizing team.
  • Knowledge of different tools and techniques to ease backlog management, time collaboration, and reporting.
  • Facilitation skills to effectively facilitate meetings and Scrum ceremonies.
  • Technical knowledge to understand technical challenges faced by the team.
  • Scrum framework expertise.

Certifications:

  • Required: CSM (Certified Scrum Master)
  • Desired: Product Owner
