Job Role: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our students.

Key Stage: This role will involve working with students in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
Working Pattern: The successful candidate will be required to work part-time, Monday to Friday, with a 30-hour working week. The working pattern will include term-time plus five days.
Contract Type: This is a fixed-term contract, running from October 2024 to July 2025.
Full-Time Equivalent Salary: The salary for this position will be between £23,500 and £23,893.
RequirementsEssential Skills and Experience: To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience of working in a school environment or with children/young people;
- Ability to work flexibly to meet business needs;
- Previous experience of working with students with Special Needs and/or disabilities and/or challenging behaviors;
- Experience of working with students in small groups or in 1:1 situations;
- Ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of audiences;
- Ability to use standard ICT packages, including Microsoft Office;
- Ability to respect and maintain confidentiality, including following data protection regulations;
- Ability to relate to students in a pleasant and sympathetic manner and to recognize potential child safeguarding issues.
