Sous Chef Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our team at Megan's by the Castle in Guildford. As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be responsible for supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in creating a fun and inclusive kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities- Producing high-quality food from fresh ingredients in a fast-paced all-day dining environment.
- Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Assisting with menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen operations.
- Developing and implementing new recipes and menu ideas.
- Leading by example and mentoring junior team members.
- Competitive hourly rate up to £14.5ph, plus tronc for every hour worked.
