We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our team at Megan's, a vibrant and dynamic restaurant in the heart of Guildford. As a Junior Sous Chef, you will play a key role in supporting our Sous Chef and Head Chef in creating a fun and inclusive kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes
  • Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and recipes
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service
