Job Title: Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager

Turner & Townsend is seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager to join our team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing cost management services to our clients in the Defence, Real Estate, and Infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide cost management services to clients, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of cost management services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in cost management.
Requirements:
  • Security clearance
  • MRICS qualification (or working towards)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Inquisitive and problem-solving skill base
  • NEC contract knowledge and experience, particularly Option C
  • Demonstrable cost management experience working at a consultancy
  • Intermediate user of Microsoft Excel
  • Proven experience preferably in a similar role
