About the Role

Ramboll is seeking a highly skilled Senior Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Consultant to join our pioneering journey in building a sustainable future. As a key member of our Compliance, Strategy & Transactions (CST) Team, you will play a crucial role in delivering environmental, health and safety compliance and environmental permitting support to national and multi-national clients.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Function as a Project Manager overseeing the successful setup and execution of permitting and EHS compliance projects within Ramboll's framework.
  • Conduct comprehensive EHS audits, manage large-scale multinational audit programs and keep up to date with UK regulatory requirements.
  • Utilise expertise in environmental permitting and BAT to evaluate risks and devise effective mitigation strategies.
  • Aid clients in achieving and enhancing compliance with ISO 14001 standards through detailed audits and targeted gap analysis.
  • Lead the creation of detailed reports and proposals, maintain consistent client communication, and cultivate strong partnerships for project success.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced EHS professional with a strong understanding of the environmental, health & safety regulatory regime applied across the UK and experience of auditing and compliance assessment processes. You will have a proven track record of identifying environmental risks and liabilities, and demonstrable experience in environmental, health and safety consultancy (or similar level of experience with environmental regulations).
