We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Cafe Assistant to join our team at The Good Eating Company. As a Cafe Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our cafe and tea points.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, with a varied schedule that includes both morning and afternoon shifts. You will be required to work 3 weeks out of 4, Monday to Friday, with the remaining week on rotation, Monday to Thursday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the cafe and tea points are well-organized, clean, and stocked at all times.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, serving high-quality food and beverages to our clients and staff.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Assist with events and special requests as needed.
  • Maintain high standards of health and safety and cleanliness in all areas of the cafe and tea points.
