Core Group is seeking a skilled Restoration and Reinstatement Executive to join our local team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless communication between policyholders, insurance clients, field technicians, and office teams to achieve efficient job completion.

In this position, you will take responsibility for overseeing the entire claims lifecycle from start to finish. Your ability to maintain accurate records and meet service level agreements will be essential.

The estimated annual salary range for this position is £45,000-£60,000, depending on your background and experience.

  • Take ownership of all administrative aspects of each claim, including maintaining accurate records and adhering to service level agreements.
  • Act as a central point of contact for policyholders, insurance clients, field technicians, and office teams to ensure seamless communication.
