Financial Services Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Services Administrator to join our team at Brevere Group. As a key member of our wealth management practice, you will provide holistic support to our Financial Advisers and Paraplanning team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and administrative support to the team, maintaining a high level of client service and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Process business submissions using relevant software, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, processing new business and tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training, with opportunities for career progression and growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in financial services administration, with a strong understanding of the financial planning process.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in industry software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
  • A 'can-do' attitude, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
