Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have experience in SEN and a passion for supporting children who have come from hardship. A degree in psychology, criminology, or sociology is desirable, as is career aspirations to become a Youth Worker, Probation/Prison Officer, Criminal Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, or SEN Teacher.
