Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineering Manager to join our team at Acorn by Synergie. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and managing the engineering team to ensure the smooth operation of our electrical maintenance function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the electrical maintenance function.
  • Manage the engineering shift resource to respond to machine breakdowns in a timely manner.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of planned maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical maintenance with other business functions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, operations teams, and external partners.

Requirements:

  • NVQ level 3 qualification in Electrical Maintenance Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing electrical maintenance functions in a business environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm.
