The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, qualifying potential leads, and providing tailored solutions. You will also support our sales team members, manage records, and ensure seamless coordination between Sales and Installations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience in sales support, customer relationship management, and a passion for the renewables sector are highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Handle incoming inquiries, qualify potential customers, and provide tailored solutions.
- Sales Support and Processing: Manage and process inbound sales leads, support team members, and ensure seamless coordination between Sales and Installations.
- Solution Design and Quotation Preparation: Engage with customers to determine if our products fit their needs, perform initial qualifications, and provide indicative quotes.
- Customer Record Management: Maintain organized and up-to-date customer records to support effective account management.
- Client Relationship Management: Offer excellent customer service throughout the sales and aftersales process.
- Pipeline Development and Continuous Improvement: Strategically build the sales pipeline by collaborating with the team to form strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.
- Sales Support and Processing: Proven experience in managing and processing sales leads and supporting team members.
- Customer Record Management: Expertise in maintaining organized customer records and generating reports using Microsoft Office.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with customers and understand their needs.
- Customer Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in preparing quotations, managing records, and generating reports.
- Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
