About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trading Assistant. As a Trading Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing excellent customer service, and supporting our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales targets, providing product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
  • Assist with stock replenishment, ensuring that shelves are fully stocked and merchandise is displayed effectively.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
