Job Role:
Transport Administrator

Description:
Gregory Distribution is seeking a highly motivated and organised Transport Administrator to join its team. This role involves daily planning, coordination, and administrative duties related to our fleet of vehicles.

Main Tasks:
* Daily planning and coordination of fleet activities
* Managing and de-briefing drivers
* Coordinating with the team to ensure vehicle maintenance and service schedules are met
* Performing associated administrative tasks, including responding to queries

Essential Qualifications:
* Previous experience working in a transport environment
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Strong geographical knowledge of the UK
* Proficiency in MS packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
