About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Complex Care Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional care services to our customers. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the quality and scope of our care services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to our care teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external healthcare partners to identify opportunities for collaboration and growth.
  • Support the development of policies and procedures aligned with our care standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the development of best practice forums to share knowledge and expertise across our network.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of our care services to ensure they meet our quality and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field or 10+ years of successful work experience.
  • Registered General Nurse with a valid NMC pin and at least 5 years of clinical practice.
  • 7 years of experience in multi-site operations across geographical territories.
  • Experience in both NHS/external healthcare clinical roles and social care.
  • Working understanding of social care, particularly home care.
  • Ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of UK regulations governing home care services.
