Job Title: Live-in Carer for Adults and Children

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled live-in carer to provide high-quality care and support to adults and children with complex needs in the Waterlooville area.

About the Role:

As a live-in carer, you will be responsible for providing 24-hour care and support to our clients, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and medication management. You will also be required to work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in care and support work
  • Enhanced DBS clearance
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
