Kaminsky Consulting is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Engineering Project Manager to join our team. As an Engineering Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the execution of capital investment, redundancy, and technical projects for our site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring compliance with specifications, deadlines, and budgets.
- Lead a team in the professional development, design, and execution of projects for the extension, modification, and optimization of production and site facilities.
- Manage project budgets, analyzing budget/actual deviations and developing corrective actions with senior management.
- Implement and deliver comprehensive safety processes, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, health, and quality standards.
- Develop and monitor project reporting, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of project information.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Chartered Engineer status or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on capital investment, redundancy, and technical projects.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
