About the Role

Community Integrated Care is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Partnerships and Communities Team on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse range of projects, working collaboratively to effectively plan, manage, and deliver projects to agreed time, cost, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain strong project management methodologies across all Partnerships and Communities programmes to ensure they deliver the desired impact within agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
  • Prepare comprehensive business cases for all projects, articulating key life cycle costs, risks, opportunities, and benefits.
  • Lead project evaluation and work with project delivery teams to capture lessons learned and data for continuous improvement and development.
  • Liaise with the wider organisation and Group Projects teams to ensure organisational business plans align with the charity's overarching strategy.
  • Collaborate with Business Partners, Operational, and Support Services colleagues to ensure the right action and support are delivered at the right time.
Requirements
  • Degree qualification or equivalent work experience in a similar role.
  • Practitioner Certificate in PRINCE 2 or equivalent project management qualification.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Project and CRM.
  • Skilled at overseeing a diverse portfolio of programmes, campaigns, and activations.
  • Experience of significant project challenges and evidence of lessons learned.
  • Understanding of Change Management processes.
