Are you a skilled project planner looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an experienced Delay Analysis Specialist to join our team at Maxim Recruitment. In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing consultancy services to main contractors, sub-contractors, and client organisations across the construction and engineering industry.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a strong background in planning and delay analysis, with experience of working on civils and infrastructure projects. They will be able to operate Standard Forms of Contract (JCT/NEC/FIDIC) and possess excellent communicating skills. A solid understanding of all stages of the construction process is essential, as well as the ability to travel throughout the UK and internationally on rare occasions.

We offer a competitive salary of £55k - £75k (depending on experience), plus a discretionary bonus scheme, pension, medical and life insurance, hybrid working, additional holidays for long service, further education sponsorship, and professional fees paid.
